MONTHLY HEALTH SCREENINGS

Join us every third Wednesday of every month for monthly clinic hosted by the Passaic County Department of Health Services at Prospect Park Borough Hall, 106 Brown Ave Prospect Park, NJ 07508 starting from 9:00AM to 11:00AM.

Services include for the following:
  • Blood Glucose
  • Blood Pressure
  • Flu Vaccines (Until Supplies Last - Seasonal Only)
  • Cholesterol
  • Health Education materials are provided with each service
