The Vibrant Places Program, funded through North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority (NJTPA), is assisting the Borough of Prospect Park in drafting a placemaking plan for North 8th Street. These efforts will further Prospect Park's goals of establishing a mixed-use, inclusive municipal corridor and improving quality of life and community pride.
